Charles M. Seergy Jr.
Chuck Seergy, is President and co-founder of CMS Staffing. Prior to co-founding CMS Staffing, Chuck worked on his other entrepreneurial venture start-ups, mergers and acquisitions. Chuck founded Resource Capital Corporation in 1985 which provides commercial equipment leasing and financing to businesses nationwide. With that success under his belt he then founded Resource Communications Inc. (RCI) in 1995. RCI was sold in 2004 to a publicly traded company. Chuck graduated from Manhattan College in 1982 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.

Dawn E. Fogg
Dawn Fogg is Executive Vice President and co-founder of CMS Staffing. Along with Chuck Seergy, Dawn has the vision and 20 years experience to bring staffing into the 21st century. Dawn has been recognized in Who’s Who in Business and Executives under 40. Her career started at Talent Tree in 1991 which led to management positions at Robert Half International. Dawn was with RHI for 9 years achieving Presidents Club 3 times. Dawn left RHI as an Area Manager of their Northern New Jersey offices after having hired, trained and managed some of the top producers in the company. In 1987 Dawn received her B.A. in Communications from Fairleigh Dickinson University

Steve Eitman, CPA
Steve Eitman is a Vice President in the Accounting and Finance Division at CMS Staffing. Steve started his career in public accounting with an international “Big 8” CPA firm. Steve then moved onto a national brokerage firm where he managed 200 people within 6 offices around the country. Steve was able to translate his accounting experience into successful career as an Executive Search Recruiter for accounting professionals. With almost a decade of recruiting experience Steve is ready to help make CMS Staffing a success! Steve is a graduate of Ithaca College with a BS in Accounting and is Certified Public Accountant, a member of New Jersey State Society of CPAs and AICPA.
